1.소망교회 온라인 장소 사용 신청서는 본교회 내부 부서용입니다.
This form is for internal Somahng Church Department Use only. 

2. 모든 장소사용 신청은 최소 72시간 전에 예약해주십시오.
All Facility Use Request must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

3. 사용 부서/순 등을 정확하게 기입해주십시오.
Please fill in the department of use / order of use accurately.

4. 승인 후 교회로부터 확인 메시지를 받게 됨을 유의해 주십시오. Please note that you will receive a confirmation from the church after it has been approved.
